My many years as a global, professional chef, gives me a strong skillset and understanding of diverse culinary executions…. From a beautifully layered cake to a joint of lamb…. Making it all look delicious through the camera lens. Resources and a comprehensive network of suppliers are essential to a Food Stylist, and I also have an eye for beautiful props, plates, backgrounds, materials - old and new to make an editorial shoot sing.”
