As a food stylist, chef and props stylist, Cherise has extensive experience in advertising, packaging and editorial. She has been heavily involved in cookbook publishing over the years, often involving marathon photo shoots that take up to 8 weeks to complete. 

Cherise is a qualified chef, working mainly in renowned Sydney restaurants, as well as spending her early years in The Women’s Weekly Test Kitchen. 

As a food stylist, recipe developer and tester, Cherise has sound knowledge of food and how it behaves, both scientifically and aesthetically and brings these invaluable skills onto the photographic set. 

Her background enables her to be both fast and fastidious in her work. 

Cherise prepares the clients product or dish, ensuring its presentation is both technically correct and visually appealing, to potential customers, always working closely within her clients’ requirements. 

Cherise is available for photo shoots, video shoots, TVCs, recipe development, recipe testing and prop styling. She loves the challenge of sourcing the perfect raw ingredients.
